- PROVIDE 12 INCH IPS CLASS 100 GASKETED PVC PIPE. QUANTITY: 5,000 FEET, PRICED IN 20 FEET INCREMENTS. DELIVERY/ACCEPTANCE TO/AT USDA, U.S. AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH SERVICE, 1636 E ALISAL STREET, SALINAS, CA 93905-3018 NO LATER THAN 30 NOVEMBER 2006. This is a combined synopsis/solicitatin for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acqui- sition Circular. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The following clauses are applicable: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders--Commercial Items; and the provision, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, is applicable.
