- Specifications: Drawbar Pull 8,000 lbs. is the minimum requirement; Towing Capacity is 120,000 lbs. Equipment must be capable of towing 120,000 lbs. Offers may be faxed to June Fletcher-Schiewe, 270-798-7548, or e-mailed to Ms. Fletcher-Schiewe , schiewej@campbell.army.mil. Offers must be received NLT 20 September 2006, 3:00 P.M. Quotes received after that time will be late and not considered for award. Offers must specify a time for delivery, i.e., 30 days after receipt of offer. Offers ma y also be mailed to the agency address: Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Directorate of Contracting, 2172 13 ½ Street, Fort Campbell, KY 42223-5334. One (1) copy is required.
