Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quotation (RFQ HC1021-06-T-2061) is being issued by DITCO-EUROPE, Unit 4235, Box 375, APO AE 09136-5375. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-11 and DAC 91-13. The proposed full and open competition acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price commercial item type contract. NAICS code 334119. Description of requirement: The government has a requirement for APC (American Power Conversion) cables and batteries, brand name or equal. The contract will include the following CLINs: Item 0001,APC SMART-UPS XL 3000VA, RM 3U 230V, brand name APC or equal QTY: 3 , Item 0002, APC SMART UPS XL 48 V, RM 3 U Battery Pack, brand name APC or equal, QTY: 12, Item 0003, LCSTMM-3 3.0 MTR (9.80 FT) LC to ST Multimode Mode Fiber Optic 62/125 Cable, QTY: 8, Item 0004, LCSTSM-3 3.0 MTR (9.80FT) LC to Single Mode Fiber Optic Cable, QTY: 2 , Item 0005, Shipping and Handling, 1 lot, Delivery shall be made no later than 30 days after receipt of order unless otherwise stated on quotation.
