- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FOB is destination. Solicitation FA2543-06-Q-0026 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SB set-aside. This solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. North American Industrial Classification System code 811212, and size standard $23,000,000.00 applies to the solicitation. Maintenance is to be performed from 6:30AM through 4:00PM, Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. There is a 24-hour response time after the call is placed. The point of contact, (POC) for access to the installation is Mr. Fred Woodberry who may be reached at 303-676-6382, the alternate POC is Mr. Mark Williams who may be reached at 303-676-6333. 3 Certification. The installing Contractor shall be factory certified so as no existing warranties, for the scanners will be voided. The Contractor will be required to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Information on how to access WAWF will be provided upon contact award. The Contractor must have current registration through Central Contractor Registration (CCR). 4 Pass and Identification. The Contractor shall ensure the pass and identification items (valid driver?s license, current vehicle registration, and current insurance) required for the contract performance is obtained for employees and non-government owned vehicles with the Buckley Annex Security Office/Visitors Center. 4.1 Before arrival, the Contractor must mail, fax, or email a Visit Authorization Letter (VAL) to Mr. Fred Woodberry, HQ ARPC/SCX, 303-676-6382, (fax) 303-676-8572, listing the employee?s full name and company name on company letterhead. The VAL must provide the purpose, date, and a point-of-contact for the visit.
