- An indifinite contract is contemplated; a three-year basic plus two one-year options. Multiple awards based on the solicitation are possi ble and probable. Contractors shall refer to the actual solicitation for the exact closing date. The approximate issue date of the solictation will be 20-Dec-2005. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Contractors must be registered in ORCA prior to award. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. Qualification requirements apply to all line items. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-2. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements.
