- Description
- Work consists of contractor furnishing all labor, material, equipment, supervision, work and facilities necessary to perform all operations, in strict accordance with specifications and applicable drawings, to successfully complete Repair/Replace HVAC Building 764 Project at Pope AFB, NC. Note that all work is subject to terms and conditions of the contract. The scope of work includes the following: (1) selective demolition of existing HVAC system; (2) installation of the new ductwork and HVAC equipment; and (3) installation of new acoustical ceilings. Any demolition will either be recycled or disposed of at the Ft Bragg landfill. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220 and the size standard is $12 mil. Award will be Firm Fixed Price contract and the total performance period is 180 days. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The entire solicitation, to include specifications and drawings, is paperless and will be available via the Electronic Posting System (EPS). Amendments will be provided on the Internet only. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Telephone and fax requests will not be honored. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: http://www.ccr.gov to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program. ***FUNDS ARE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT.*** No award will be made under this Request For Proposal (RFP) until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFP before or after receipt of proposals, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs; this is in accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds (Apr 1984).
