- Travis Air Force Base wishes to procure a Modular Building IAW the item descriptions and the Design Drawings. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at http://www.eps.gov. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 25 Jul 2006, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Also contractors must be registered with Wide Area Workflow at https://wawf.eb.mil/ Contractors are asked to submit their CAGE code and TAX ID number with their proposal.
