- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, using simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Dr. Duane Seppi, Ph.D., for assistance to the Office of Economic Analysis (OEA). The Contractor will work with SEC?s Economic Analysis staff to provide assistance with regard to market microstructure and securities valuation and other matters in the U.S. securities markets. The period of performance will be through September 30, 2007. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive bids; no solicitation will be used.
