- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is H92244-06-Q-0141 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12 effective 4 August 2006. In accordance with FAR 11.105 this procurement will be conducted under other than full and open competition with specific brand name equipment required. The associated NAICS code is 314999.
