Description

REQUIRED: Approximately 3,320 BOMA usable square feet of office space. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location at 222 West Oglethorpe Street, Savannah, GA 31401 through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, as well as the cost to move data and telecommunications lines. Delineated area: within 2 blocks of 100 W. Oglethorpe Street, Savannah, Georgia 31401. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, three (3) years firm, beginning on or about November 1, 2007 through October 31, 2017.
