San Francisco Service Center (9PFL), 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102-3434 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing a minimum of 11,522 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) to a maximum of 12,098 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous space on a single floor together with two (2) reserved parking spaces within the building parking garage or adjoining parking lot. TENANT: Social Security Administration. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area of Fresno, CA: Shields Avenue through Fresno Yosemite International Airport and Airways Golf Course (Northern Border); Belmont Avenue (Southern Border); Fowler Avenue (Eastern Border); Chestnut Avenue (Western Border) LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, eight (8) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space must be altered to meet the Government?s requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Building must be able to provide two reserved parking stalls on-site for the Government?s exclusive use.
