Description

Performance decision of streamlined competition of the Administrative Support Function (ASF) performed at the General Services Administration (GSA) Region 7. GSA Region 7 has completed a streamlined competition for ASF services for PBS and GM&A in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On September 12, 2006 the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the Competitive Sourcing Official, Agency Tender Official and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, the requirement shall be performed by the Most Efficient Organization (MEO), and shall remain in-house with the Agency. Based on this decision, the designated Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the Senior Manager responsible for the performance of this function. In accordance with the revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
