Description

REQUIREMENT: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies office space under a soon to expire lease in Newark, NJ. The IRS is conducting a competition for a replacement lease for this requirement. The space should yield approximately 21,655 BOMA USF of office space. Consideration for relocating this requirement will be taken upon analysis of the economics involved including the cost of moving, tenant improvements, and impact on agency mission, among other items. LOCATION: Beginning at the intersection of the Garden State Pkwy. and Belleville Ave.; E. on Belleville Ave. to Washington Ave.; N. on Washington Ave. to Rutgers St.; E. on Rutgers St. to Belleville Tpke.; E. on Belleville Tpke. to I-95; S. on I-95 to I-78; W. on I-78 to Garden State Pkwy.; N. on Garden State Pkwy. to Belleville Ave. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be for up to ten (10) years.
