- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, VA intends to acquire all labor necessary to provide Roman Catholic Music Director/Accompanist services as required by the Navy Base Little Creek Chapel, Norfolk, VA. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The resulting contract will be from 01 October 2006 through 30 September 2007 with four one-year option periods. The contractor shall submit a resume with his/her offer identifying his/her current and previous positions. Duties may include but are not limited to the following: Perform at Catholic Worship services, perform with and direct the choir including rehearsals, conduct training/workshops for choir and volunteers. Services shall include music for special events, funerals, and memorials. Director will lead adult and children?s choirs and other musicians, recommend music selections, maintain instruments, and work closely with Chaplains and volunteers. Services shall be performed as needed primarily at the Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek Chapel. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
