- Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to establish Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) under corporate Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) number N00019-05-G-0008 with Raytheon Company. These CLINs will allow for the procurement of Data Link Pods, spares and/or reapir parts for Data Link Pods, and support and ancillary equipment and integration for USN and various Foregin Military Sales (FMS) customers. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: Raytehon Company has the knowledge, experience and access to the technical data necessary to fulfill the Government?s need and meet its schedule requirements. Subcontracting opportunities may be available and should be sought with Raytheon at the following address: Raytheon Company, 6125 East 21st Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219-2058. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for the supplies and services anticipated needed herein is 336414 ?Guided Missile and Space Vehicle Manufacturing?. Once NAVAIR finalizes its requirements for the subject effort, a prerequisite for receiving a contract award will be registration in the DODs Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
