- Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to establish Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) under corporate Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) number N00019-05-G-0026 with The Boeing Company. These CLINs will be established to provide for supplies/services for USN and FMS customers for support engineering studies and investigations, software development, upgrades to support equipment, special tooling and test equipment; the design, fabrication, assembly and testing of prototypes or models to support engineering studies. Also, provide for technical support for USN and FMS testing, weapon/aircraft integration design and support; the manufacture, assembly, installation and test of breadboards an/or prototypes; and weapon/GFE repair to include the furnishing of materials and services necessary to repair, inspect, modify, and/or return ready-for-issue condition items of government property; engineering for field service support for evaluation and repair of Automated Test Equipment and ancillary equipment. All supplies and services listed above in support of the Harpoon and SLAM-ER missiles. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, and producer of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Harpoon Weapon System (HWS) and SLAM-ER missile. Once NAVAIR finalizes its requirements for the subject effort, a prerequisite for receiving a contract award will be registration in the DODs Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
