- Solicitation of professional engineering services. Contractor must be experienced with VMS and "In Place Balancing" of large rotating marine turbo generator sets. Contractor to attend USNS FLINT (T-AE 32)and perform in place balancing of Nrs 1 and 2 SSTG sets. Performance period is 12-13 Oct 2006.
