- Description
- The Acquisition Management Department, National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland on behalf of the Laboratory Department, Client Services along with the Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) clinic intends to award a Sole Source commercial purchase order to Commonwealth Medical Laboratories, Inc., Warrenton, VA to perform diagnostic testing for Modified Radioallergosorbent (RAST) allergy testing. The Laboratory requires the vendor to provide in-vitro allergy testing, and the vendor must report the results by the Fadal/Nalebuff (F/N) Scoring System. ALL WORK MUST BE DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK. This Acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be contingent upon availability of FY07 Funding. See Note 22.
