- The U. S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center/GovWorks, on behalf of VC/VO Department of State, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Wisconsin Project on Nuclear Arms Control. Specifically, DOS has the need for One year subscription to RISK database, maintained by the Wisconsin Project. Only the exact match to information provided by the database will be considered as a substitute. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. EST September 21, 2006 will be considered by the Government. The anticipated award date is September 22, 2006.
