- The U. S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center/GovWorks, on behalf of Air Force OSI, Andrews Air Force Base, MD, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System, Inc. Specifically, AFOSI has the need for annual maintenance contract for Nlets. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-Solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. EST September 21, 2006 will be considered by the Government. The anticipated award date is September 22, 2006.
