Appraisal Services Market Value NAICS-531320 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DOI/NBC is issuing Request for Quote #NBCHQ060016 for the following appraisal services (see attached Statements of Work to RFQ). Statement of Work - BLM Agency Case ID: N-79917/ASD Job Number LD712A. Request for Quote #NBCHQ060016 incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04, Effective 08 July 2005 & Class Deviation 2005-00001. Applicable FAR clauses and other provisions-FAR provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offeror-Commercial Items (Jan2005), applies to this RFQ and is incorporated by reference.
