- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The Pine Bluff Contracting Division, Pine Bluff, AR has a requirement for the following items: Item 0001 Box, Plywood Overpack,w/lid, Type III, Class 2, Style A, Size 12 7/8 x 25 5/8 x 15 7/8 , (inside deminsion) IAW ASTM D6251, Certificate of Compliance and Material Certificates required with each lot 1,350 each; Item 0002 Pre-Production Sample, See item 0001 for description, Not Separately Priced - 3 each. Acquisition is being conducted as a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. FOB Destination; Delivery 30 days after date of contract award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Availability of the certified test reports are in addition to other contract requirements and does not reduce or prejudice the Governments right to inspect supplies under other provisions of this contract. The test report(s) shall contain the following: a. Name and Address of Supplier. b. Purchase Order Number. c. Identification of material by specification, revision, amendment and dates, together with type, grade, size etc. d. Quantity of material. e. Test results identified by reference to the applicable requirements. f. Quantity tested, sample size, and specimen type as applicable. g. Date, signature, and title of the authorized representative of the Contractor that is attesting to the accuracy of test report content. PART NO.
