- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Army Contracting Agency, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Fairfax County Park Authority located at 12055 Government Center Parkway, Suite 927, Fairfax, VA 22035-1118. The objective is to c ontinue providing physical fitness facilites for the US Army Human Resources Command (HRC) military and civilian personnel. The facilites must provide a physical fitness facility within a 3 mile radius of the Hoffman Complex in Alexandria, VA. The facilit ies shall provide use of showers, lockers, weight room(s), exercise equipment, indoor pool, indoor track and gym and outdoor tennis courts. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2). Interested persons may identify their interest and capab ility statements by 19 September 2006.
