- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for a Can and Pail Crusher and a Carbon Filtration Package, brand name TeeMark or its equal. The following specifications apply: 115/230 volt single phase explosion p roof motor and motor controls, requires 5 cfm at 80 psi compressed air, Ram force 30,000 pounds, cycle time 12/20 seconds. Pierces, crushes, empties, and ejects ? pint to six gallon pails, and aerosol cans 4 inch to 12 inch long and crushes up to 240 cans or pails per hour. Air driven ejection system. Blower moves up to 500 cfm of air exhausting through a 5 inch duct, shipping weight 1865 pounds; The Carbon Filtration Package, includes 2 carbon filters, breakthrough detector and cycle counter. This is a 100 % Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 423830 with a size standard of 100 employees. Award will be made FOB Destination (White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico 88002). Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. Payment will be mad e by Government Credit Card under Net 30 Terms. You must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). EVALUATION CRITERIA / PROCEDURES: Reference: FAR clause 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsive and responsible offeror. The Synopsis/ solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 2001-23.
