- We intend to award on a sole source basis to Finn Corporation, 9281 Le Saint Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014 for 1 Each, Finn Model T90S Series II HydroSeeder. This award is sole source to Finn Corporation due to compatibility with existing government eq uipment. Also, after extensive market research and ATEC test planning, Finn Corporation is the only known source that could meet the governments requirements. This is not a request for quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. See Note 22. I nterested parties must respond by 12:00 PM MST, 19 September 2006.
