Description

This is a notice that the White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract to TERADYNE, INC., 321 HARRISON AVENUE, BOSTON, MA 02118-2238 for 400 Hours of Test Assistance Group (TAG) Support Services. These support services can only be procured from Teradyne as they as the sole manufacture of existing the FLEX piece-part Test system currently owned by the government. Due to these proprietary rights, it can only be acquired from Teradyne, Inc. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forth coming. Intereste d parties must respond by 4:00 PM MDT 20 September 2006. Contact Mari B.
