- Pursuant to Public Law 108-183 Section 308 and Executive Order 13360 we intend to award a contract to Jones Davis Group, Inc. 4041 Williams Blvd., Kenner, LA 70065, a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). The contract is for the ro ofing repair of two facilities and for HVAC repair of one facility for the 81st Regional Readiness Command located in Tennessee and Mississippi. Under Section 308 of PL 108-183, an award less than $3 million may be made to a SDVOSB on a sole source basis. This is not a request for proposals. A firm fixed price commercial contract will be awarded on 20 September 2006.
