Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for the Third Army, Public Affairs Office, in support of CFLCC operations. Please provide a quote for the following items: (1) Third Generation DVIDS (Digital Video and Im agery Distribution Systems)Transmitter with independent power supply-9 (each), (2) Stock and replacement parts-3 (each), (3) 1-Year Transmission support services-74 (each), and (4) Shipping-1(each). The solicitation closing date is 26 September 2006, at 17 00 EST. Interested parties need to submit quotes in the following forms: Mail to the Southern Region Contracting Center-East, Attn: Chasity Ash, 1301 Anderson Way S.W., BLDG 131 1st Floor South, Fort McPherson, GA. Via email to chasity.n.ash@us,army.mil. This procurement is unrestricted. PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES applicable to this acquisition are as follows: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, no addenda included; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, proposal shall include a completed copy of this provision; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, no addenda included; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items.
