- This is a sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC) intends to neg otiate on a sole source basis with Contactual, Inc under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to provide a Call Center solution to integrate and consolifate the National Capital Area Patient Call Centers. This notice is not a request for quotations. This notice will be displayed until 4:00 PM EST September 19, 2006. A determination not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed on a sole source basis. This acquisition is being processed under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 561422.
