- This is a sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC) intends to neg otiate on a sole source basis with Trestle Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to provide software support for the DSM SL50 and DSS Systems at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology located in Washington DC. This notice is not a request for qu otations. Trestle Corp is the only known contractor to provide this service. This notice will be displayed until 4:00 PM EST September 19, 2006. A determination not to compete this requirment based upon responses to this notice is solely within the disc retion of the Government. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed on a sole source basis. This acquisition is being processed under FAR Part 13, Simplifi ed Acquisition Procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 541519.
