- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with COFYB Coronel Tomas Rocamora 4045, Buenos Aires Argentina. The contractor shall provide design and synthesis of a multi-target RNA virus simulant to detect viral threat agents. This current effort is a continuation of previous work done by COFYB under contract W91ZLK-06-P-0268. Under this contract the principle investigator created a unique method of bioinformatic analysis. This novel engineering approach will be key to accurately evaluating and designing the simulant being produced. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541710 and the size standard is 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later that 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, September 20, 2006. This notice of intent is not a reques t for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
