- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Lytle, Carl David PH.D, 19 Rolanzo Rd, Arroyo Seco, NM 87514-0396. The contractor shall prov ide consultative advice on writing a report on Influenza, evaluation of two dosimeters and advice on the design of laboratory experiments. This current effort is a direct continuation of previous work done by Dr. Lytle under contract W91ZLK-05-P-0833. This previous work gave Dr. Lytle the unique knowledge and experience essential for success with this new requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541690 and the size standard is $6.5 million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later that 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, September 20, 2006. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive pro posals or a solicitation of offers.
