- ?UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT.? FUNDING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. IF FUNDING IS NOT AVAILABLE BY 30 SEP 2006 THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE CANCELLED IN ITS ENTIRETY. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 713940 and small business size standard is $6,500,000. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote for the following items: Line Item 0001: 12 months, Perform Aerobics instruction at EAFB Fitness Center in accordance with the statement of work. Period of performance shall be 29 September 2006 thru 28 September 2007 FOB Destination. The full text of a FAR provision or clause may be accessed electronically at http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
