Description

Notice of Intent ? Sole Source The 10th Mission Support Group, Directorate of Contracting, United States Air Force Academy Colorado, intends to award sole source commercial purchase order in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09, 19 Apr 2006. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 511210 and the business size standard is $21,000,000.00. The government has determined that APPWORX Corporation is the only source that can satisfy this agencies requirement. The requirement is to service and maintenance on APPWORX Software. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by 10MSG/LGCB. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any company that feels they have items that meet the needs of the Government must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim to Contracting Office, 8110 Industrial Drive, Suite 200, USAF Academy CO 80840-2315, no later than 3 PM (MST) on 25 September 2006. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis.
