- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-06-Q-A079 is issued as a Request for Quote, on an unrestricted basis, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. NAICS Code is 561621. Small business size standard is $11.5 million. Fairchild AFB has a requirement to upgrade and relocate the Closed Circuit Television System for the Youth Center in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Governement intends to issue a purchase order to A-TEC, Spokane WA on a Sole-source basis to perform this work.
