- Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued as a Request For Quotation. Reference Purchase Request number F2V3036207A400 on all documentation to include the Quotation. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. Rescue JakPak for 8-ft Truck Bed GENERAL TASKING DESCRIPTION Requesting the following Items and their quantities/Part numbers. There is no brand name requirement, "Like items" technically acceptable. ITEM QUANTITY Rescue JAKPAK for 8-Foot Truck Bed 1 Must include: 5 spacious compartments: 4-side, 1-rear. Front Transverse compartment, 3 "C" Channel Runners. Custom Paint Option 1 Unit to contain five rollup doors, standard size, locakable ? ROM 1 (Price must include the cost of installation) PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The following FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial.
