- Description
- The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, materials, personnel and other items necessary for the supply of one Rotary Screw Compressor, Ingersoll-Rand or equal for McGuire Air Force Base, NJ. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a request for quotation and is issued as 100% small business set-aside the Standard Industrial Classification code - 3563, NAICS code ?333912, and the related Small Business Standard ? 500 employees. The required delivery date is 30 days after receipt of award. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the same time of award. Solicitation will be issued on or about 15 Sep 06. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Website at http://www.fedbizops.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 305 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All responsible offerors may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. All responsible offerors interested in submitting a quotation on this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE code). Any substitutes or equals must be accompanied by the specifications in accordance with FAR clause 52.211-6.
