- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for provide a Hot/Cold custom fabricated food bar to include installation and all utility connections. Description: 3 cm Level 2 Silestone Top with rounded edges and cutouts for equipment, closed base cabinetry, removeable plastic laminate panels with oak louver panels and trim, recessed area at the end of the cabinet, two 7-Quart hot wells and two heated plate lowbrators, two 3-well hot units with slanted adapter, brass and glass sneeze guard, one 1-well hot drop-in, one refrigerated Atlas model WCPT-3 with glass door dual sided drop-in, and a stainless insulated non-refrigerated condimental rail. This unit will be installed in the Riverside Dining Facility at Patrick AFB, FL. The anticipated delivery date is 45 days ADC. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-06-T-0408 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3589, business size of 500 and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333319.
