Description

NON-PERSONAL SERVICES to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide remedial maintenance for six (6) Stavely Portable X-Ray Systems per Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Tinker AFB, OK. The period of performance will commence on 01 Dec 2006 to 30 Nov 2007. A Time & Material type contract is contemplated. This is a sole source procurement to Stavely Instruments, Inc. The estimated award date is no later than 31 Oct 2006. Central Contract Registration is required to receive any award. Contractor can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
