Description

TO PROCURE Prototype improved joint system for the Rapid Parking Ramp Expansion. SIC Cod 3544 NAICS Code 333514, Size Standard 500 employees. This is a Sole Source procurement synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of two prototype improved joint systems for the rapid Parking Ramp Expansion (RPRE) program. Contractor shall furnish all designs, materials, labor and manufacture two improved joint systems for the lightweight matting system under development for the RPRE program for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed soure is: Alexandria Extrusion Company. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
