Description

The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB FL hereby gives notice of its intention to award a brand name justification order for the acquisition of 3 EA Autodesk Electrical 2007 Standalone License with Subscription (Web Support ? 1 year) under the statute granting authority to use other than full and open competition FAR 6.302-1 (c) only one particular brand of supplies or services will satisfy the agency?s requirements and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Special Devices uses Autodesk Mechanical Desktop and Inventor. It is crucial that we procure Autodesk Electrical to ensure compatibility with programs already in use. This software is crucial to our projects and units mission because without this capability, the engineers could not design electrical components of our one-of-a-kind unique modifications. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is F4AT826207A400. The NAICS code for this purchase is 541519. The contractor shall provide the following: 3 EA ? Autodesk Electrical 2007 Standalone License with Subscription and Web support for one year. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds.
