- 42d Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will be issuing a solicitation for the rental of a graduation hall large enough to accommodate the seating of 1,100 people. All work is to be performed in accordance with (IAW) the performance work statement (PWS). This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The Government shall not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submission of information or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this pre-solicitation notice. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531120 and the small business size standard is $6,000,000. The entire solicitation (Number: FA3300-06-T-0045) will be made available to any interested party by contacting the Point of Contact below. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) this can be accomplished via the web @ http://www.ccr.gov Vendors doing business with the Government must also register in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database.
