- Altus Air Force Base has a requirement for the following commercial item: Replace Fire Alarm system in building 171. There will be a site visit 19 Sep 06 at 1:00 pm at the contracting building (bldg 302) on Altus AFB, Ok. For base access or to RSVP contact Brian Ames at (580) 481-5839. The bid due date has been extended until 21 Sep 06. All offerors doing business with the government MUST register in the DOD Central Contractor. Registry (CCR) database prior to award. Failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for award. CCR registration may be accomplished online at: http://www.bpn.gov. Additional information concerning CCR registration may be obtained by calling: 1-888-227-2423. All firms must also be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website prior to receipt of submittals in order to be considered for award.
