- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3H0A16230A100 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. The NAICS Code is 327320; the NAICS size standard is 500 employees. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for the purchase of 120 Concrete Jersey Barriers to include 1 locking pin per barrier. The dimensions for the Barriers are approximately 10ft Long, 2ft Base, 32in Tall, and 6in Top. Please contact 1Lt Stephen Kroft by email for detailed specifications and an example design drawing.
