- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4803-06-QA370 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 20060808 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2006-0515. For informational purposes the North American Industry Classification System code is 423830, Industrial Machinery and Equipment Merchant Wholesalers. This acquisition is set-a-side 100% for Small Businesses. This is a firm-fixed price procurement and will be procured using commercial item procedures and award selection will be based on best value. Pump manifold repair kit for Union Pump model number 470-508.13. The following valve and related manifold parts shall be included in the kit: 4 ea - 4in. Pump discharge valve, Cla-Val Model # 4030ACGS and Part # 40-30-176H, with features: check, flow control, opening speed, and flow clean strainers. 1 ea - 3in. Pressure relief valve, Cla-Val Model # 5048GS and Part # 50-48-93E with features: check, opening speed, and pressure relief (20 to 200 range, can be preset at 70 psi.). 17 ea. - 3/4in. flange to flange pressure relief valves set at 100 psi. 50 ea. - 3/4in. Garfoil, precut, ring gaskets for use in class 150 flanges. 20ea. - 1in. Garfoil, precut ring gaskets for use in class 150 flanges. 20 ea. - 2in. Garfoil, precut ring gaskets for use in class 150 flanges. 20 ea. - 3in. Garfoil, precut ring gaskets for use in class 150 flanges. 30 ea - 4in. Garfoil, precut ring gaskets for use in class 150 flanges. 20 ea - 6in. Garfoil, precut, ring gaskets for use in class 150 flanges. 20 ea - 8in.
