Description: <font face=Arial size=4 color=purple>Wilkes Barre VAMC will soon solicit for off-site pharmacy verification services. Period of performance is a base plus three option years. Start-up upon WBVAMC approval of candidates. FY06 volume: Outpatient orders: 130,600; Inpatient, weekends and M-F evenings: 3450; Inpatient, holidays, 60. Verifications to be done by licensed pharmaists via remote VA VPN access on vendor-owned computer equipment. Each pharmacist without a current security clearance or NACI background investigation will undergo a federal background investigation at contractor expense, currently $200.00. This is a pre-solicitation notice. No solicitation or other documents are attached. No response is required; please disregard the Offer Due Date above.
