- The Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), White River Junction, Vermont intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for BCMA Carts with MPC-G of Nampa,ID. Carts will include, but not be limited to; mods to support arm and centralized battery source, med&water cup dispenser, IV pole, tilt out waste bin, push handles, coiled power cord, sliding tray, clear vinyl mat, two tier storage drawer, 24 patient bins, storage drawers, premium ball bearing swivel casters with brake & lock, lock alert with keypad, centralized 35 AH battery with 10A smart charger, side mount CPU mounting device, SFF, wireless scanner, lock alert, lock alert audit, keyless narc, sharps container with brackert, external waste bin, top mount of LCD monitor, keyboard in front pull out tray, a7" non touch LDC compact non rugged keyboard, on site setup & installation and 3 year on site warranty. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone inquiries will not be honored; however, interested parties may submit literature detailing how their services meet the VA requirements to the Contracting Officer. Responses received on or before September 21, 2006, will be considered. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice will be solely at the discretion of the Government.
