- The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VAHNUNY) at Albany has a need for healthcare services (Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)) to be furnished by the contractor in Glens Falls, New York; serving the veterans of Saratoga, Washington, and Southern Warren counties. The contract will be for a base year plus two 0ne-year renewal options. The solicitation will be available on September 20, 2006. The Contractor will furnish all healthcare providers, medical facilities, medical equipment and all administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical care medical needs of the enrolled patients.
