- The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 9 Contracting Office located at 3400 Lebanon Pike Drive, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 is soliciting on behalf of the VA Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis TN 38104 for Ambulance Services for the period of one base year from award with two (2) one year options to renew. The Ambulance Services are for twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. Services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation which will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov o/a September 20, 2006 with quotes/proposals due o/a October 18, 2006.
