- This is a notice of intent of the Office of Information, Cleveland Business Center, Cleveland, Ohio to negotiate sole source with Cooper Thomas for professional support services to assist with its organizational objectives in the area of Library Services. This procurement is being conducted under authority FAR 6.302-5, Sole Source award under the HUBZONE Act of 1997. The government believes that only one responsible source can provide the services that will satisfy the agency requirements. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by September 19, 2006. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notices is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All inquiries must be submitted in writing; telephone inquires will not be accepted, nor responses received after noon, September 19, 2006.
